Refund Policies of IBMSR Journals

At IBMSR Journals, we are committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and clarity in our refund processes. As a scientific open-access publisher, we value our authors and readers and aim to provide the highest standard of service. Please review our refund policy carefully before submitting a manuscript or requesting a refund.

1. General Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of publication.
• Unfortunately, we cannot process refund requests submitted after 30 days of publication.
• To be eligible for a refund, the article in question must meet one or more of the following criteria:
  • Published in an incorrect or improper format (e.g., incomplete content, formatting errors not caused by the author).
  • The published version is substantially different from the final proof approved by the author.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following conditions:

• Author requests a refund due to change of mind or withdrawal after publication.
• Article was published as per author’s approval and final proof was confirmed.
• Delays or technical issues that are outside of IBMSR Journals’ control, such as:
  • Author’s payment method processing delays.
  • Bank or credit card service-related issues.
• Content withdrawal initiated by the author without valid reason attributable to IBMSR Journals.

3. Refund Request Process

Please follow these steps to initiate the refund request process:

1. Email us at info@ibmsr.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Article Title or Manuscript ID]".
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Author’s full name
   • Date of publication
   • Reason for refund request
   • Supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable

Once we receive your request, our team will:

• Review the request within 7 business days
• Assess the validity based on the conditions mentioned above
• Send a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection of the refund

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• Your article will be removed from the IBMSR Journals platform.
• A refund will be initiated using the original method of payment.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the approval date.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company – it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank – sometimes processing delays occur.

6. Content Linking and Intellectual Property

• You may link to content on the IBMSR Journals website, provided that:
  • The link does not imply any endorsement or partnership with IBMSR Journals.
  • The linking site does not violate intellectual property laws and does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• IBMSR Journals reserves the right to request removal of any link that violates these terms.

7. Policy Amendments

IBMSR Journals reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the journals website and services following the publication of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes
