Biography:
Dr Sergey Suchkov, MD, PhD was born in 11.01.1957, a researcher immunologist, a clinician, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University, Russia, in 1980. Suchkov has been trained at the Institute for Medical Enzymology, The USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, National Center for Immunology (Russia), NIH, Bethesda, USA, and British Society for Immunology to cover 4 British university facilities. Since 2005, Dr Suchkov has been working as Professor of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and of A.I.Evdokimov Moscow State Medical & Dental University. From 2007, Suchkov is the First Vice-President and Dean of School of PPPM Politics and Management of the University of World Politics and Law. In 1991-1995, Dr Suchkov was a Scientific Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board of the International Journal“Biomedical Science” (Russian Academy of Sciences and Royal Society of Chemistry, UK) and TheInternational Publishing Bureau at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 1995-2005, Suchkov was a Director of the Russian-American Program in Immunology of the Eye Diseases. Dr Suchkov is a member of EPMA (European Association of Predictive, Preventive and Personalized Medicine, Brussels-Bonn), a member of the NY Academy of Sciences, a member of the Editorial Boards for Open Journal of Immunology, EPMA J., and Personalized Medicine Universe, and others. Dr Suchkov is known as a co-author of the Concept of post-infectious clinical and immunological syndrome, co-author of a concept of abzymes and their impact into the pathogenesis of autuimmunity conditions, and as one of the pioneers in promoting the Concept of PPPM into a practical branch of health services. Now Dr. Suchkov is a Professor in Medicine & Immunology, and Director for Center for Biodesign of N.D. Biography:
Dr. Hideyuki Takizawa is a physician-scientist with extensive experience in clinical medicine, biomedical research, and translational science. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Research Officer at Cliffhanger Inc., Tokyo, where he leads the Division of Clinical Operations and Clinical Research Development, collaborating with leading global pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Merck & Co., and Roche.
Dr. Takizawa earned his MD and MSc from the Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo, Japan, and completed his Ph.D. in Internal Medicine with honors for excellence in scientific research and translational medicine. His multidisciplinary work integrates internal medicine, clinical laboratory medicine, and lipidomics, focusing on lipid metabolism and its role in metabolic and cardiovascular diseases, especially diabetes mellitus.
He has made significant contributions to understanding the biochemical and clinical mechanisms underlying metabolic disorders, particularly through his research on serum sphingolipids and glycerophospholipids. His studies have advanced the application of omics-based precision medicine and contributed to developing early diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for metabolic diseases.
Dr. Takizawa has authored several peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations and continues to lead research initiatives that bridge fundamental biochemistry with clinical outcomes, promoting preventive and personalized medicine.

Dr. Idress Hamad Attitalla , Ph.D

Biography:
Prof. Dr. Idress Hamad Attitalla is a Libyan academic and researcher specializing in molecular evolution, microbiology, and plant pathology. He currently serves as a Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences, Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Libya.
He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Evolution from Uppsala University, Sweden, with additional degrees in Plant Pathology and Biology from Swedish and Libyan institutions. His doctoral work explored biological and molecular responses of tomato plants to microbial defense triggers.
With over 30 years of academic experience, Dr. Attitalla has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Libya and Malaysia, covering topics such as molecular biology, genomics, plant biotechnology, proteomics, and gene therapy. He has also supervised numerous MSc and Ph.D. students and served as an external examiner for theses across several countries.
Dr. Attitalla has published over 60 peer-reviewed research papers in internationally indexed journals (ISI, Scopus, PubMed) and contributed to multiple book projects, including translations in plant biology and microbiology. His research focuses on fungal pathogens, biofertilizers, biocontrol agents, DNA-based diagnostics, and environmental microbiology.

Dr. Sakarie Mustafe Hidig , Ph.D

Biography:
Dr. Sakarie Mustafe Hidig is a researcher at the Research Center, Hargeisa Group Hospital, and the UK Country Coordinator for the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM). He is a member of the China Medical Association (CMA), the Somali Medical Association (SMA), and the Scholars Academic and Scientific Society (SAS), where he holds a Young Research Fellow Membership (SYRFM). He has received multiple international awards, including the SHEN-2022, 2023, and 2025, GCDMSE-2024, and ISSN Research Awards 2024. Dr. Hidig serves as an editor for several international journals, such as PLOS One Medicine, Annals of Medicine and Surgery, Obesity Surgery, the Aegean Journal of Medical Science, and the JMIR Journal of Public Health and Surveillance. He has authored and co-authored over 70 international papers and has handled more than 200 SCI papers as an editor. His research interests include general, gastrointestinal, trauma, emergency, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic surgery.

Biography:
Dr. Abu-Hussein Muhamad is an internationally recognized expert in Pediatric Dentistry, with specialized training in Oral Biology, Restorative Dentistry, and Biostatistics. Holding multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), two Master of Science degrees, and a Master of Science in Dentistry (MScD), Dr. Abu-Hussein also holds a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry and several postgraduate clinical diplomas, including in Bioesthetic and Aesthetic Dentistry.
He completed a postgraduate two-year course in Oral Biology/Pathology at the University of Athens in 1998, followed by a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the School of Mathematics/Medicine, Athens in 2001. His clinical training includes a Diploma in Bioesthetic Dentistry from the OBI International Faculty and a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the Roth/Williams Center for Functional Occlusion.

Dr. Ankit Varshney is an Associate Professor at Shree Bharatimaiya College of Optometry and Physiotherapy, Surat, Affliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He holds a Ph.D. in Optometry from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, where he also completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
