Biography

Dr. Man Singh, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor at the Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS), Hisar, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science (2018) from the ICAR – National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for his doctoral research. He also earned his M.V.Sc. in Animal Science (2011) from NDRI, Karnal, and B.V.Sc. (2009) from KNPVC, MAFSU, Nagpur.

Since joining LUVAS in 2019, Dr. Singh has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and extension activities in the field of dairy and animal science, with a specialization in buffalo production and management. He has contributed to several nationally funded research projects as both Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator, focusing on areas such as animal waste management, reproductive biomarkers, and farmer-oriented livestock management modules.

Dr. Singh has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and has presented his research widely, earning multiple awards, including several Best Poster Presentation Awards at national and international conferences. His academic contributions continue to strengthen the field of buffalo research and sustainable livestock management in India.
