Dr. Jitendra D. Bhosale is a scientist with over 18 years of combined academic and industrial experience in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and analytical method development. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from North Maharashtra University, India, and currently works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Creighton University School of Medicine, USA.

Dr. Bhosale has extensive expertise in multi-step synthetic route design, structure elucidation, analytical method validation, GLP/GMP laboratory compliance, and advanced characterization techniques including HPLC, GC, NMR, FTIR, LC-MS, and ICP-OES. He has led research teams, supervised laboratory operations, and contributed to method and process optimization for complex molecular systems relevant to drug discovery and pharmacological research.

He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, scientific presentations, and a patent, advancing research in organic and medicinal chemistry. His work focuses on translating chemical innovation into impactful biomedical and industrial applications.
