This research investigates the in vitro anti-anemic activity of Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench (okra) fruit extracts using a phenylhydrazine-induced anemia model. Anemia, a condition marked by reduced red blood cell count or hemoglobin, is a significant global health concern, particularly affecting women and children.
